The bottom picture is the before picture of our "park bench"...it was so wobbly and terrible looking. I scraped off two layers of paint after I took it apart. Then sanded the slats, primed each piece, sprayed them then put a clear finish over all of it. Also sprayed the metal bench part with Rustoleum Metal Spray paint. Lots of stages and took a little time, but now its actually useable and we can enjoy it now looking out on the pool and not feel like it's going to fall apart when we sit on it. The Arizona sun is so hard on everything!!!

i have to admit when i saw... "from icky...." i was like. "oOOoo nooo... here comes a DISGUSTING picture of her toe." thank gooodnesss i was wrong...!!!! anyway the bench looks LOVELY, tho i was hoping for like lime green or something=)
Looks great! I would never know it had been so "icky" before!! All that hard work paid off!
WOW! That does look great, Pam! We have one over at the "River House" that needs to have the same thing done to it...how about coming over and showing me how?!
