Derek & his new roommate, Dwight. They actually resemble each other except Dwight has glasses.
We had lunch at Waldo's BBQ in Show Low. There is one inHavasu also, but the owner actually runs the Waldo's in Show Low!
The new store is now open as of Monday, but the grand opening is April 1st. Derek has been working for two weeks helping get it ready.
